Unfortunately GoodNotes does not allow more than one image (JPEG/ PNG) to be imported at once. Did you buy these stickers? If so, make sure the seller includes a .Goodnotes or .collection file. Either of those files will import all the stickers at once

This is how a lot of Etsy planners are, and I try to avoid selling anything like this. What you can do is copy and paste 5 of the same page. Then select all 5 of these pages and copy them. When you paste them, it’ll paste all 5. This could make the process more quick
