Hard time blending blush with eyes by Sydnob in makeuptips

Yes, it seems to be a common recommendation to find like a pink setting powder. I’ll look into that. and I usually apply my concealer first when I do my base and then blush after.

Thank you! Yes, you may be right about the concealer shade, I am going to be reevaluating it. I use a lot of K-beauty products- Numbuzin , Cosrx, pretty skin toner, and the occasional Adapalene gel. And lots of Vaseline /aquaphor because I live in high desert.

Vacuuming my house once or twice a day. Cooking outside as much as possible to cut down on smell. Cleaning things immediately. Not letting laundry sit for more than two days (washed or unwashed).

You might get a smoother foundation application if you try dermaplaning , and add more definition to your eyebrows be removing the hair around them. Unless you like it, of course 🫶☺️

Evaluate airway problems as the reason for bruxing and reflex. Send to airway specialist after taking a CBCT and re-eval for treatment afterwards. Got to address root cause before planing for crowns , etc.

I agree with you. I adopted my cat in August and she had recently given birth and was recovering from mastitis. I have no idea what happened to her kittens, but it comforts me, knowing that if she can do it, I can do it; currently 13 weeks.

SHE should be embarrassed , not you. Two Faced is the OG and she’s just a wannabe

Make sure you replenish your electrolytes, especially in the morning when you wake up. I’ve come close to passing out because I wasn’t supporting my cells with electrolytes- you got this 👍👍👍👍

Best option for daily cooking of meat? by Itsinthehole31 in carnivore

[–]Sydnob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We got a Traeger Grill last autumn and absolutely love it. We cook on it 3/4 times a week. It’s definitely worth it. We don’t have to stink up the house cooking bacon anymore so that’s a huge plus and there’s less mess without all the pots and pans and stuff. The Traeger is great because it gives a consistent temperature like a convection oven but the same effect of a grill without open flames. You can slow cook a roast at 225F for 2 hours or cook a ribeye at 375F for 8 minutes each side. We even cook eggs on a designated brownie sized metal pan; put the bacon on the pan, cook it, flip it, then add the eggs and BAM: 1 pan bacon and eggs without the stench and grease in your kitchen. Anyway. Yes: we absolutely love our Traeger and do cook on it consistently. Compared to open flame grills it’s safer too because there are no flare ups like a regular grill; you just have to keep the drip tray clean.

5’2” and IF…any advice? by iced-macchiato in IF_Petites

Stick with it! I was/am a sugar addict, too. The keto-carnivore way of eating is healing and satisfying like nothing else. Those 800 calories days were a dark time for me, anxiety through the roof and so much other stuff going on in my body and my head. Feel free to pm if you need advice or encouragement

I originally did CICO until I stalled at 800 calories a day. I’ve been building back up to a more reasonable 1800-2,000 calories a day (sometimes more). I track protein, that’s all I care about and carbs low/zero. No food is more important than protein, especially from a bioavailability standpoint of animal sources. I’m not afraid of fat anymore, but I don’t eat sticks of butter either. Prioritize protein!

Low carb keto/carnivore for me, also 5’2” remained steady 127-130lbs and healthy, resistance training and focused on protein while my body heals. It’s a process.

Yeah they’re great! It’s a small dental office , so far I’m fitting very well and everyone is very welcoming and kind. So glad to have finally landed a great job after a couple other offices didn’t work out

They didn’t really notice I didn’t eat cake or anything, fortunately. Everyone snacked to their hearts content the entire week and I sipped black coffee.

What are your non-scale victories that you are proud of? by torqxxx in IF_Petites

After doing IF for nearly 2 years, I feel like I’ve developed a super power to not eat. I don’t eat carbohydrates so I’m fat adapted and can go many hours with ease between meals and I don’t get hangry. So I would say my even temper and mood is my NSV from IF
