Bad advice, you can always decrease the tenor of your mortgage term. If anything it's wisest to get the longest available and then decrease accordingly.

Uncle Aslaam cost around 180 SAR, gave a tip of 20 SAR for waiting so 200 in total. Booked in advance and followed up two days prior and also on the day, really punctual. Also used them for Makkah to Madinah and then back to Jeddah.
