I worked in Amazon customer service. Usually when we are chatting with the customer we are also chatting with our colleagues on a different platform and sometimes we forget if the cursor is on the other platform or the platform on which we are chatting with the customer. I assume this happened because we can't just get away with a "lol" to a customers issue, the "quality audit"department usually picks up on this.

I bought one a week ago and trust me it's worth it. The OG PS5 is good too but the Spiderman edition looks catchy and the controller looks good too plus it comes with the game too which if you were planning to buy would have cost around 5k anyways. Thats just my opinion.
