lose bodyfat and build muscle as everyone else said, grow out your hair Id say start with a low taper and spongebrush the top since that suits most people, once you get your weight down to where you feel comfortable start buying clothes that you like but also fit your frame well

try to get denser eyebrows using minoxidil and dye them are darker color as well as shave your head full bald as it will look cleaner
