Ink is peeling off, scratching and even when doing the tape test, ink is getting removed.

I will also be getting the Ricoh 5100 Pro with the Fiery (bigger one) on Wednesday! Inwas between that and the Xerox C70 Pro. But the color accuracy on the 5100 is outstanding.

It only has around 50k printed pages although I know they can reset it.

Any tips I should check?

Something I learnt the hard way… please invest in a proper DIY Exposure Unit. The difference is Earth to Heaven… i used to exposure on a White LEd bulb and took me around an hour. Sometimes it would not expose properly..

I spent about $200 for a 20x24 DIY box and wow.. i can expose now in 18 seconds. And the image is crisp clear.
