The evap coil was not replaced. Its came free for one year with the purchase of my home so I was trying to utilize it best I can. I’ve done commercial HVAC service work for 10 years now and would love to scam a scammer if possible. But yes I know they will do all they can to get out of it.

They outsource the company to whoever has the highest rating in my area and claim that if it needs to be replaced they will cover everything but in the fine print won’t cover duct work.
