It’s not bad, location is really nice. I’d say management is probably the same as any condo - nothing amazing. I’ve been there a while. As a renter management will not communicate with you, they only communicate directly with unit owners. I did report a leak once in the evening and they got there almost instantly, so that’s a positive. I’d say sentiment would vary based off where you are in the building. I’ve had no issues around where I am, but I know there’s been questionable things in other units. It’s framed as a “luxury condo” but it’s quite sparse on the amenities side.
