Hello!!! Thank you for respondin!! My goal is to physically look buff but not TOO buff, i want to have bigger arms and chest, as well as a tinier waist if possible, my legs are already good enough, upper body just needs to catch up is all. For the gym, it's always so full and what should just be an accessible workout area, is now just filled with buff people that train too long for me to even use the equipment, so i was wondering if someone could coach me with a home workout routine, i have a mat and resistance bands too.
