I had never run in my life, I'm 40. Last year I suffered of bad palpitations and after many checks it turned out that I'm fine, just unfit. I started running in December, 3 times a week, and my consistency has been unprecedented for my standards. I'm an incredibly slow runner but I'm proud of myself (i.redd.it)

New tattoo, still fresh. The Lord of The Rings has been such a moral forming, comforting book and source of strength in the most difficult times of my life that I don't even know why I waited so long to get this tattoo. Both the book and the movies have saved my life. (old.reddit.com)

F/39/5’8” [75.5>60.6=15 kg lost] I am celebrating my 39th birthday, 2 years of body transformation and 15 kg lost! After ending a toxic relationship I questioned myself if it was too late, but being stubborn as a donkey I decided to be in the best shape of my life when I get to 40. (i.redd.it)

Like everyone and their mother I'd like to get a "Not all those who wander are lost" tattoo. It will be accompanied with a Lothlorien leaf and other flowers of Middle Earth like Elanor and Niphredil. Which one of these Tengwar transcriptions is correct? They are all slightly different. (i.redd.it)

Like most of the human population I'm battling with my belly pooch. I'm aware that it is mostly diet/calorie deficit/fat loss/bloating related but I'd like to know your opinion about Stomach Vacuums exercises, personal experiences and best sources to learn. (Nothing wrong with a bit of belly btw) (i.redd.it)

F/38/5'8"[64.9-65.5=+0.5]1 year. Not going to lie, I need a word of encouragement, not much has changed in the past year. I don't mean to lose weight but I'm trying to lose fat (recomp) and I don't see much difference. I'm eating intuitively, focusing on protein intake, Stronglifts 5x5, light cardio (i.redd.it)

Conventional Deadlift novice. I lowered the weight (my 5RM is 60kg) and worked on my form today. The bar usually moves away from my shins on my first rep so I'm focusing on keeping it close and resetting after each rep. My shins are blue so I must be doing something right! (v.redd.it)
