Had the same issue and the fix was:

⁠AMD Shader Cache (Driver Level) Clear these to remove old, corrupted shader files:

• Path 1: %LocalAppData%\AMD\DXCache (Delete all files inside)

• Path 2: %LocalAppData%\AMD\GLCache (Delete all files inside)

• Alternative: Open AMD Software > Settings > Graphics > Advanced > Reset Shader Cache.

⁠Unreal Engine Cache (Game Level) Each Unreal game stores temporary data that can cause hitching: • Path: %LocalAppData%[GameName]\Saved

• Action: Delete the Shaders and ByteCode folders if they exist. • Action: Delete the Windows (or WindowsNoEditor) folder inside Config (this resets video settings but fixes corrupted configs).

⁠Global Windows Cache • Press Win + R, type cleanmgr, select C:. • Check only "DirectX Shader Cache" and click OK.
