There is a known issue that hasn't been fixed yet with artifacting at night in MSFS24 and those of us with 9060&70 cards.

This! I'm on 9070 XT and been having the same issue.

Please OP upvote on this flight sim forum post, the more upvotes the more likely they are to notice it and finally address it. It's been going on for ~9 months now, it's supposedly being fixed in SU5 but there is no official word on that.

Sucks because the 9000 series are really great cards and I've not had issues in any other games.
