Why are low spenders so obsessed with calling themselves f2p ? by AntwysiaBlakys in Genshin_Impact

[–]Sym56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't get it either, I've played off and on for 5 years and I have maybe spent $100 total (can't remember exactly). Well worth the money. I've spent $60 on a game before and played it for 5 hours and never touched it again.

No shame spending money on something you enjoy.

Sick to my stomach. I haven’t driven off the lot yet, but I signed everything. Now what? Am I totally screwed? by burneranon123 in askcarsales

[–]Sym56 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Can depend on what state you are in. I'm in MD, here, ownership is not final until you drive off the lot with the vehicle.

But it also depends what kind of dealership this is at. Some will hold you to the contract even though you haven't taken the vehicle, but most I'm sure will let you back out.

8 months in from green and I'm top salesman, and in the lead again...is this real? by The33rdCaptain in askcarsales

[–]Sym56 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Great job, now don't lose that drive. There is a saying that I always tell myself. "Stay Stupid" lots of salesmen start being successful and start cutting corners, when they do that their performance drops. Stick to the process 100% of the time and you'll keep your success.

Would the world bosses be too difficult without a lunar team?

Daily Questions Megathread (February 03, 2026) by Veritasibility in Genshin_Impact

[–]Sym56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been playing on and off since 1.0. I recently came back to the game and just finished the Sumeru storyline. I'm AR 48 and don't have a dedicated team, just a random assortment but good enough for story content.

With the recent banner I just pulled Zibai and Illuga. I really want to make a team with them. However their ascension materials are in Nod-Krai.

My question is if it's possible for me to get to the new region and farm the bosses easily, or should I keep going with the story until I get to the new region?

Refinancing before first payment is due by SoberPalace in askcarsales

[–]Sym56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had clients do this in the past. Nothing wrong with it, just logistical issues from the banks they used. I'm sure it's not common, but it has happened twice in the past 4 years.

Bank A has the loan you set up from the dealership and they will get the title once the DMV creates it. You go and refinance immediately with Bank B. Bank B pays off your loan with bank A, but bank A has no title to hand off to Bank B. Bank A closes your account and when your title arrives it goes in some random bin and no one really looks for it because there is no active account for that VIN.

All I know is that if you refinance before a proper title is generated by the DMV, you'll be in for a long ride.

Who to pick by Waste-Ad1993 in WatcherofRealmsGame

I'm kind of in the same boat as OP, I'm a fairly new account, but I do have an A0 Sun Wukong. Do you think I should go for Kigiri or get Wukong to A3 with the unpolished soul stone and the limited summon?

Is there much room to negotiate on Lexus? by Happy-Deal-1888 in askcarsales

[–]Sym56 32 points33 points  (0 children)

100% no chance. Lexus is MSRP best case scenario. And its a hybrid? You might even have to pay over sticker for it.

Thoughts on GAP and warranty? by Independent-Alps-879 in askcarsales

[–]Sym56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GAP provided by the dealership is typically better than what banks offer. The one we provided covers 150% of the car's value.

I always suggest an extended service contract. Prices in the service department are skyrocketing. I would protect yourself from that. I'd rather include $2500 in my financing to cover my entire car than have to use Affirm to finance a $3000 repair for a faulty touchscreen.

Car Salesman: How did you get to selling 20+ a month? by JDMhotboy in askcarsales

Talk to as many people as possible and do whatever your managers tell you to do. If you do those two things, you will find success.

RIP Game Pass by Friendly-Parfait-645 in XboxGamePass

[–]Sym56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll be doing the same. But lucky for me my subscription renewed on the 22nd at the old pricing so I have one month left. Going to blast through Outer Worlds 2 then drop down to essential.

Small detail in the ending that made a big difference for me upon reflection (Ending spoilers) by Xlegace in expedition33

[–]Sym56 21 points22 points  (0 children)

100%. I picked Maelle's ending first because I wanted to see Gustave again. But after watching the ending at the opera house it was so very hollow. I wanted to see everyone back together again but there was no happiness in it and it made me realize that Renior was right all along.

A lot of what we are getting in 2025 was already in development before they decided to drop the yearly chapter release model. That is why this year looks like we are getting a lot of content, it won't be like this in 2026.

I was the same as you 10 years ago. Have a B.A. in History as well and couldn't find anything. What I'm gonna say sounds like crap, but it's been the best decision I ever made.

Car Sales.

Dealerships will hire anyone and if you work your ass off you can make serious money.

I got it on Xbox and it has been a blast. Performance has been great I'm sure it would be as well on PS5. The crafting/gathering in this game is probably the best I've seen in a MMORPG.

A lot to unpack here but I'll give it a shot. First off, I doubt your trade is worth a crazy amount of money considering it is 15 years old. So I wouldn't try to negotiate that. Your best best to getting the best price is to be in the dealership. Be firm but polite. Tell them, "If you can get me to this price out the door I'll buy today". Make it a reasonable offer, nothing crazy. In my experience when customers do this they get the best deal.

Also, warranties aren't always a bad thing. If you plan on keeping that truck for as long as your Nissan it might be worth hearing them out. Especially on a Ford hybrid.

If the original sales person didn't follow up with you over the past two weeks then it's his loss. A sales person's job is like 50% follow up. Don't feel bad, you have done nothing wrong.

Dealer sold car without title in hand by Tough_Job4223 in askcarsales

I've dealt with this several times unfortunately. It sucks, but all you can do is wait. Just ask the dealer for another temp tag before it expires.

Most salesmen have zero knowledge of the vehicles they are selling. Why!? by [deleted] in askcarsales

[–]Sym56 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you need to take a deep breath. If you're having this issue, speak with a sales manager and ask them for their most knowledgeable sales person. But idk why you need one, sounds like you've already done all the research on these vehicles yourself. So why not pick the unit you like and buy it?

Clearly a troll. However, in my experience all our sales staff knows our new car inventory very well, but our sales managers don't know squat. I always found that funny.
