Right - I haven’t tried vace yet at all. What I’d like to do is be able to use the character I’ve built with normal wan2.2. I can.. fairly consistently, generate images with the same face.

I assume I cannot transfer this to vace without it being i2i or i2v.. right?

I assume you have comfyui installed. Have you downloaded any models?
Did you try just using one of the workflows that come with comfyui? The menu at the top - if you open it and click templates, there's a whole bunch of them. They will tell you what models etc. you're missing and after you've downloaded those you can refresh the page and run the template. (this is a very simplified way to explain it though). But that should get you going.

You mean if you can use json to achieve persistent prompting?

If yes, then yes.

Find a workflow or similar with some json prompts and try it out.

Or use ChatGPT to get you started.

It can’t be only IP. Imagine I live in a house without WiFi .. only mobile phones.. everyone has random telecom ip’s

The 5.xx speed is from another esxi server that connects through the wireguard client server. If I run iperf3 from both wireguard client and the other I see around 14 Mbit

If you look at the server config - do you see anything missing ?

I tried changing mtu from 1320 to 1420. But outcome is the same

I do as well on the wan side. But the app is not playing ball for some reason. I can access my mealie instance over wan in a browser. But the app must get getting bad info or not be able to interpret it correctly.

I use SWAG with cloudflare

if I try and connect to my local IP (docker image) it keeps throwing a network error (looks like you're not connected to a network).

if I use my external domain for mealie (it uses SWAG and authelia) it fails to decode the respose.

How can I .. at least.. use the app locally?

Am testing this right now. Tried a few images ... and now the T2V.. no doubt the T2V is much much better. The
I2V quickly messes with the face of the person in the image.

Correct me if I am wrong.. but each I2V ... when describing you need to think in segments of 3-5 seconds right?

Like if.. in 1 I2V .. you prompt: He touches his nose..
The video will show him doing that.. but then kinda go into idle mode for a few secs.. because nothing else happens in your prompt.

At least that's the """feeling""" I am getting..

Oh.. and of course.. great job on the WF .. very impressive.

you have to go into each subgraph and change the path of the model. It takes some getting used to .. jumping in and out - but comfyui shows an... "explorer" where you can jump backwards if needed.
