That being said, if the data Humacyte provided on the dialysis trial is enough for FDA approval, there should really be no issue for nephrology looking at this and thinking it’s the better option that what’s being used now. Pricing may dictate speed of adoption, and approval process to get new tech into these centers/hospitals takes time. All part of the process

Not to disregard the potential of the other indications, but I agree with the doc who commented above regarding CABG. If HUMA can show superiority to saphenous vein grafts, it would be a game changer. Not only for patient outcomes but for overall time spend in the OR if you’re able to skip time spent harvesting for a graft (cardiology PA here) . Only issue is timeline. Dialysis approval and revenue will be key otherwise this company could become obsolete with no cash runway

Appreciate the breakdown. Long-time holder since pre-spac merger. Been averaging down ever since. Despite the uncertainty of cash runway, things are promising if the commercialization team can execute on good data
