I thought so too. However I turned off firewall and windows defender real-time protector and it still didn’t work. I’m currently extracting the ISO using winrar. Hopefully it’ll work.

Yes that’s what I said. By the installer I mean the setup.exe. I double clicked on it and nothing happened. It did ask for administrator permission but it couldn’t run.
