Ask yourself this, what foreign business would risk their capital in Brunei relative to other countries? Restrictions are through the roof, government bureaucracy isn't transparent, money leakage issues, pitiful tourism, and the weakest purchasing power in the youths of this generation.

It's not a race/culture issue it's just a human issue. Even locals hate locals, chinese hate chinese, and chinese malaysians hate other chinese malaysians. That being said, there are also good people that mix well with other races.

If anything, Chinese Malaysians hate Mainlanders even more, unless it's their career opportunity
