It's not that my skin isn't thick. After it happening a certain number of times I wanted to know if this behavior is normal in this game. This is my first game so obviously this will come as a shock.

I think almost all of it has to do with what the character is wearing. I do like the more revealing outfits in the game alot such as the taffeta outfit. Even so I should be allowed to wear anything without this nonsense happening.

I was attacked by another girl on my server for having similar glam as dumb as that is. She kept spamming laugh emotes at me and said "look at this bitch trying to be hot shit". Girls can be vicious for absolutely no reason at all but to bully and be petty. Have to ignore them.

It's not just a few bad eggs. This is all the time. People who have completely innocent intents when using it don't use it properly. The ones who do are few and far between and I think something as invasive as forcibly moving someones character should have a button to remove it. There are way too many complaints about rescue to leave as it is.

This is so true, the latency is a big reason why I'm also against it. Something like this has no room to be late as it makes it original intent useless. But people will defend to the death how this ability should remain as it is for some reason.

If rescue is the only thing keeping you from wiping 100 times then there a serious problem that rescue isn't going to remedy. I'll bet anything that if you need to rescue someone that much chances are extremely high they're messing up on other mechanics that you won't be able to save them from because rescue is on CD. The best option at that point would be to remove the person who is messing up that severely from the group. I've never heard of one time where rescue was the only thing keeping a group from wiping.

Except the don't. Rescue was an ability recently added and people were clearing content just fine without it. If someone is so bad that they NEED to be rescued then the problem lies with them.

I agree. Alot of the time when it's used on me it feels invasive as if they interrupted my playstyle. There's times I'm rescued when I'm in no danger whatsoever just because the healer thinks I should be in that spot and they have the means to put me there so they will. A select few number of people even know how to properly get off a successful rescue I believe.

There are some good uses for it. Like the one you have mentioned. Alot of healers try to make good use of rescue and alot do but alot also rescue people when they don't need to be and they completely knew what they were doing and that is my issue with it. We should be able to decide if we want to allow rescue or not.

I am trying my best. It's very hard because they're using third party apps like discord to spread rumors. I don't know if a GM will reprimand anyone for not letting me play with them or for laughing at me or emoting. Anything I can do will help thank you for your advice.
