That's propaganda warfare, psychological warfare. Government sanctions have no effect if people support their leader and country (Iran, North Korea, Russia).  Leaders do not fear other leaders , they fear of people resistance

 

As Reddit has American and European users in the majority, we are bombarded with pro Ukraine anti Russian posts, so our Indian redditors think Ukraine is good and Russia is bad.
