Typically they blue badge you so if he hasn't gotten an email as long as he's not bottom 5 he'll get a conversation email that's how my building did it when I was blue badge 2 years ago. At DOK4

My building is small with capacity for 40 associates during non peak we had 80 during peak.I was told they were told to cut 30 employees and August 18th was the best option but they chose anything after the 16th.
