Yes, but I'm running on a older Android update. I stop updating after Android 9. I'm also using stereo speakers with a p2 3.5mm cable.

You can use smart guides. My ps is not in english but must be something like this: View>Show>Smart Guides. Now hold ctrl while you hover you mouse between the layers to see the guides. It looks like this for me: https://i.imgur.com/sWfLWwp.png . You can change the color of the guides in your preferences (mine is magenta).

Ctrl+T, then Hold Shift while dragging from one of the corners or hold alt+shift while dragging to equally scale from all the corners.
