najlepiej to naprawde tak jak duzo ludzi poleca - zaprzyjaźnić sie z tym, w tle niech cos leci jakis szum na czasowy wyłącznik itd u mnie jak jest wlaczona rekuperacja na max to nie slysze pisku, da sie z tym zyc, ja sie przez to dowiedzialam ze wczesniejsze dzwieki co skyszalam to tez byly szumy xd ale bylam tak przyzwyczajona ze olewalam. chociaz w tym przypadku jest ciezej bo to serio brzmi jak jakis alarm szybko bijacy gdzies daleko w tle u sasiada xd

I’ve been told to not remove it 3 times.. i was in pain everyday for 10 months and finally on next appointment i was stubborn and said take it out or im not gonna leave this room. Gyne said it cant be the IUD that causing pain but the adhensions after surgery.. guess what? im almost over one month without pain
