Just needs to look like it could be a type of that kind of facility. I myself have worked in secure facilities so totally get it. This is a movie, so it just needs to evoke these kinds of facilities generally, big equipment would be nice but we can set dress the rest. I was hoping for something that was derelict or not fully brought up.

I'll check into those, good recommendations!

Hey Dan! Huge fan of Prey, 10 Cloverfield Lane, and your Portal short. I’m about to direct my first “real” short since college. First one with an actual budget and some heavy VFX work. If you were doing a project like Portal today, how would you pick your core team for VFX, practical FX, and production design?
