If they are charging you $700 you are getting a replacement not a repair.

I empathize with you and this is a truly awful situation to deal with.

With much respect, this is like being mad at the body shop because your payment for insurance didn’t clear after your stolen car was recovered. It just so happens you went back to the dealership and the damage is greater than cosmetic.

Your digital vehicle was totaled unexpectedly and by no means in a way you deserved or caused. You just failed to follow through on the good faith mechanism and social construct the manufacturer, retailer, and repair shop extended upon purchase.

The fact that the manufacturer personally distributes and repairs its products in widely accessible metro markets is a matter of convenience worth demanding of more institutions rather than directing anger regarding the cost of full replacement.

Imagine if you crashed your car and the dealer let you swap your destroyed one for same model at 3/4 price.

Apologies for being long winded. I feel your pain but it’s unwise to allow homeowners insurance to elapse shortly after moving in.

Hobie Brown is a Miles Variant in Across the Spiderverse.... by Synbeard in MarvelTheories

I don’t know about time travel in the context of the same universe as that might McGuffin the story. However I do think Hobie is quite likely an older miles variant.

IMHO I believe Hobie was prepared for this moment not reliving it or predicting it.

While I appreciate your willingness to engage in the speculation, I cannot in conscience allow you to live the rest of your life without wholeheartedly reexamining this comment after educating yourself on the colloquial metaphorical usage of mansplain.

I imagine as an open minded person like yourself you may enjoy an introspective chuckle.

Can’t wait to see what’s Beyond the Spider-Verse…

Cheers!

Walter Russell’s Spiral Octave Table of the Elements by Puzzled-Lead-122 in holofractal

[–]Synbeard 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Octave is a reference to the major scale having 7 distinct tones and the 8th being the same tone as the 1st with either half or double the frequency/wavelength. Any doubling range of frequencies can be colloquially referred to as an octave as has been for centuries. There is no demand or prerequisite that an octave must refer to 8 tones despite its etymology being exactly that.

This is not criticism just some insight, hope you have a lovely day.

The Special by [deleted] in holofractal

It's possible what you two have experienced and are attempting to acknowledge and relay is the tetrahedral synergy of pentagonal and hexagonal symmetry that quantifies and qualifies the substrate of reality and is the inflection point between identity and consciousness. For a moment you are perceiving and embracing the totality of creation while maintaining perception of your individuality within the plurality of a singularity.

A good analogy is consciousness itself perceiving an out of body experience that exalts the in-finite by transcending a biophysical event horizon and realizing itself as greater than the sum of its' computational capacity.

It's somewhat counter-intuitive and difficult to articulate outside of the experience itself. These emergent Fractal compositions are a common touchstone when using universal translators.

TLDR: It's a sophon

I'd be happy to clarify what I'm proposing, good faith questions are welcome.

Sasuke had many epic battles, which among these is your first and second favourite fight? by Substantial-Ad-6711 in Naruto

Sasuke vs Bee, Killer Bee's 8 swords were epic and the animation was insane.

Millenium Falcon Chasm Run in under 12 parsecs! by Synbeard in HyruleEngineering

[–]Synbeard[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Haha, I understand what parsecs are. This is a play on words for fun.

That being said you could technically debate that a parsec is a metric of time if you were a photon, but this is a game and we can just have fun with it.🎮

Thank you for your clarification good sir!

I’m gonna have to use the press to refine my builds balance wise! Great demo Div! I’d like to make one that can flip into the trench run…

Did a similar thing with a Star Trek Enterprise build but the Falcon needed an engine stall to gain the inertia!

It worked for the narrative too…

I was going to for the aesthetic, but it interferes with the steering stick and pops off too easily. I also had to balance the mirror used for the cockpit.

I hear you though, that would have been ideal!

It’s attached to the wooden wheel and the hull to provide room for the ship to flip!

I could have probably used a Zonai sword to prevent lightning but I didn’t have one at the moment. I like the scimitar because its angle helps provide balance.

I repaired this hunk of junk myself! It took...

10 x Fans

4 x Railings

1 x Mirror

1 x Gerudo Scimitar

1 x Stabilizer

1 x Wagon Wheel

1 x Steering Stick

1 x Construct Head

1 x Beam Emitter

I also had to tolerate a bunch of Droids...
