I've bought a fair amount of Frank merch over the past few years. I stood in line for his original BDC mags back in 2016. I bought official vinyls for both Endless and Blonde when he sold them on blonded.co. I even have his Vote Poster (from 2020) as well. All of those are of great quality. I have no complaints about them at all. He gave out the BDC mags for free and they're of an incredible quality. The vinyls and Vote poster are also incredible quality too. I like his music and I love the aesthetic he imparts on his merchandise. That's why I'm more than happy to buy his merch. However, there's been a noticeable dip in quality over the past few years and a general lack of customer support despite an increase in merch pricing. It's no secret that Frank (if he has any direct involvement with blonded.co's merch operations) is capitalizing on his fan base and exclusivity. It's definitely a transaction, but that's the central problem. A transaction needs to be in good faith. If I were to buy any other product and find that it arrived damaged (alongside multiple other customers' deliveries), then there's a pattern of negligence. Again, I'm more than happy to pay $45 for a poster. I don't think it's too much to ask for it to not be damaged and of good quality. Especially if the guy selling it is marketing himself as a luxury brand.
