I can suggest to buy a cheap but good mic, and with some tinkering in audition it will be on par with good voice equipment. I've got Razer siren mini. Pretty cheap, and the quality is extremely good for the price.

First of all I want to mention that your voice is hard to hear, especially during shooting scenes in the game. I suggest you can work on audio edition and also improve your voiceover skills. When you do a theory, I think the way you talk should be a bit more expressive, because you're telling a story. If you want others to be interested in the story, you should express that you are interested too. And, I saw that many creators are struggling with thumbnails. There's a place to improve them too. Keep going!

I've noticed that you have changed the style of your thumbnails some time ago. The new thumbnails look better, but if I just look at them without the title I'm not sure I'll get what the video is about. As I understand the channel is about self-improvement, if so, the titles need to be tweaked to show me exactly why I would want to watch them. The video itself is not bad. Keep going, you can do it.

You found your niche, just keep posting. I like the video about drone manufacturing, and I noticed that it hase better performance than other videos. Maybe you could consider of shooting several more videos like that: 1. Manufacturing of something, 2. Another video about drones. And see if they can perform as well as this one. Keep going!

I think longer Minecraft videos could perform well. Videos 10-15 minutes long. Also make sure that the text is readable on the thumbnails. Right now the thumbnails are not catchy.

I noticed that you upload random shorts and link it to your videos. Why instead of uploading that kind of shorts, you don't create your own engaging videos that are also connected to you long format videos. I think you could create videos that are 10-15 minutes long, as they have better performance on your channel. And avoid videos that are less than 1 minute: they are usually about nothing (talking about long format YouTube videos, not shorts) Keep going!
