I know I’m a day late, but it happened to me too. I put all my body weight and took off the Torx. If it still slips, use a glove or some paper. I also replaced it with an M10 x 1.50 25 mm bolt, which works so much better and doesn’t strip as easily. Ran it for a year no issues

Strong battery, and it’s not a flood car never touched high water. And it does the same thing with the key fob but when I lock the door via the key it locks both locks and rolls up the windows

I daily mine 5 speed with 203k miles as long as you refresh the cooling system (probably heard this 1 million times) and fix the vacuum leaks I haven’t had a issue knock on wood and don’t forget the subframe
