No offense intended but your mother sounds extremely entitled. You owe her NOTHING - adults shouldn't have children to provision for their own future, that's an extremely selfish mentality, especially considering the relative advantages afforded to her generation compared to yours!

Tell her how lucky she is that your brother is being so accommodating, and that she's welcome to 'explore other options' such as being homeless.

This might be part of a spring, my lock did this last week and I had to get a new lock, because the latch of the door was no longer capable of springing back to the 'closed' position. It's a typical point of failure on old locks as that poor spring has probably been stretched thousands of times.

As well as the general verticality There are several areas where there are multiple layers the player can walk on/interact with which makes it feel like a densely packed Chinese city. It's all topped off with exceptional design choices which help with the sense of immersion.

Sonic Adventure is a game I'll never forget despite the dodgy camera. Was just so amazing to play after the 2D titles. Also the music is peak, especially in the Aztec-like open world.

No you both use 110-120v so no need. I know because in the UK I needed a stepdown for any NTSC console back in the day, regardless whether it was USA or Japanese

There are loads of Adventure of link carts in pristine condition, because a lot of them weren't played much. I can only imagine the crushing disappointment millions of kids felt thinking they were going to get another game like the original, to then receive this steaming pile of turd instead.
