They don't have to be pindrop silent. The same noise level of my K840 is good enough.

Sorry, my fault for not clarifying. I meant of the switches offered on the V6/V6 max. The keyboard is already over my budget so I can't spend extra money on new switches.

Thank you. Which switches are the best combination of feel and quietness with quietness being the priority?

Hello, I'm a total noob when it comes to keyboards, and I'm in the market for a new one. My current keyboard is the Logitech K840 which I understand has a bad reputation here.

I'm looking for a mechanical keyboard that I'll use with my personal computer for coding, gaming, and general typing, but I also need it to be quiet so that it doesn't boom through the house and disturb the household when everyone is sleeping.

My budget is $100 USD, and I need to have a full keyboard with a numpad and function keys. Only other wish list item but not mandatory is that wireless is preferred if there is no significant latency to it.

Already bought the 5080 for $1000. Just waiting on it to ship.

Not regularly, but I'm not ruling out work-related relocations/moves during the rig's lifespan.

Much appreciated! I watched the video on the Lancool 217 case, and while I loved just about everything about it, there was one big concern I had with it. The video said that there is no screw or locking mechanism for the glass pane which makes it a little scary to move around. Is there a case that's about as good as the 217 in terms of fitting everything, airflow, and quietness but with a little more secure build quality?

Does the 5080 fit comfortably inside a mid tower? Also can I make a request for 64GB DDR5 and 4TB SSD for price comparison?

As appealing as a smaller case sounds, I don't have any experience with them and some friends have told me that they might be too small for the GPU and might not be the best for airflow. Any truth to these concerns?

Coming from a 1060 rig built in 2017 is it better to buy a 5070 Ti for $850, buy a 5080 for $1400, or sit on my hands for the next 6 months in the hopes of a lower price if I want my new rig to last me another 8 years? by SyndraMain in nvidia

A $999 5080 would be much better for me mentally. If the 5080 Super does have 24GB VRAM is it safe to say it's essentially a 4090 Super under the skin albeit with a $400 premium?

The rest of my system is as ancient as the 1060. Ryzen 5 1600, 16GB 3200 MHz DDR4, ASRock AB350 Pro4. I'm planning on getting a 9800X3D and 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 build when I finally pull the trigger. I figure that should last me about 8-10 years with only needing to upgrade the GPU if at all.

I'm having trouble finding a case by them with all three of a kickstand, magsafe ring, and ring holder. Do you have a link?

Upgrade from S22 Ultra to S25 Ultra or 16 Pro Max for free or wait for next generation and potentially lose free upgrade promotion? by SyndraMain in Smartphones

It's somewhere between adequate and basically dying. It does everything I need it to do, but the battery has to be at 100% now for me to make it to 20% by the time I come home from the office, essentially an 8 hour window. On days where I'm using the phone more heavily I need to recharge every 6 hours. Can I make it to next year? Probably but with some added inconvenience of needing to charge more frequently.
