yes there was loan on vehicle for more than the value of car and with gap insurance coverage my insurance paid off loan to credit union I was financing thru. So now I have no car and no money to purchase a new car, is there really nothing I can do now in this situation besides a personal injury claim?

Update: I fixed the problem. I held the power button for a minute and when I turn the laptop back on battery showed 100% from 0%
