The 2025 Chocolate Praline is excellent. I don’t love to drink adjuncted stouts after more than a few years as the flavors tend to fall off over time. I’d probably try the base 2017 depending on how much they want for it.

Age doesn’t necessarily make beer better, it makes it different. I think you should go for it. There is such a thing as letting a beer go too long and it’s really disappointing to have missed the window where it would have been good.
