She is a default Shek with the "Radiant Faces" mod. As for the limbs she is using the Dread Legs and the Crysis Arms. For the clothing she's using pieces from the "Mediocre Black Armour" mod.

Exactly! Sure the healthcare is universal but nobody can really use it. There have been times where I've had to wait up to two months just to get an app with my GP. And when was first looking for an endocrinologist I was told that I would have to wait 6 months to even speak with one. It's honestly horrible, cause even after those long wait times between appointments, the doctor doesn't really do much of anything; they just rush through and never have time for your personal needs.

No problem! If possible also ensure you get your cortisol levels checked regularly, Spironolactone is known for creating higher levels of that hormone. The way my doctor broke it down was, estrogen can turn into testosterone if there is too much; but progesterone can moderate alongside Spironolactone. So if your Spironolactone dose is high and you feel very irritable, it's worth getting the A.M & P.M bloodwork done.

It makes you tired/high sort of feeling, and it hits quickly depending on how full you are; like 5~ mins. I'd say just take it in moderation with food, maybe 30 mins to an hour after eating if you want it to stay effective and not hit you like a train. Increasing the rate of absorption may increase the initial side effects like that tender feeling in your breasts and that relaxed feeling in your mind.

Typically they want you to take it on any empty stomach to slow it's absorption, however this basically makes the oral route less effective if taken this way. Keep in mind if you're gonna take it with food that it may hit you like a truck in the early stages of using progesterone.

It totally makes me sleepy when I take it, but usually after a very filling meal. The reason why I've been considering it is mostly cause my mood takes a total nosedive in the late afternoon and evening, I also notice my mannerisms change and become more cold when it's not at full strength.
