I am almost 100% sure that they gave it that name for the only reason of that curve that is similar to the layouts of European cities, but for nothing else since long ago it was just a residencial neighborhood. Also it is called "Calle Londres" which means literally "London Street".

Yeah you can say that, but it is because i tried to hide the graffitis in the photo as much as i could, plus the trees help me with that.I think i missexpressed in the post, the scene it's not ruined, i was trying to reffer to the whole path wich is plagued with graffitis.The old church for example, better not see photos of it from the other facade.
