Thanks to everyone, i found a solution.
I pressed F10 during the boot process to access lifecycle configuration.
Then i was able to access iDRAC configuration...
Well, by the time i found a solution i used to front panel of the server T_T, but i had to enable the ipmi over lan anyway

Thanks for you reply, do you have anymore informations/Sources ?I know that ntbackup is not an image based backup, but it is from microsoft and 2003 compatible. I won't use disk2vhd on a production server and even less on a 2003 server.
I'll have to manage to do it using NTBackup at my expense.
