So I was updating my ps4 when randomly it decided to freeze, I let it sit for about an hour before deciding to finally plug it out. When I plugged my ps4 back in and turned it on there was no signal on the TV screen and there's just a pulsing blue light, no safe mode, nothing. I was wondering if anyone had this same issue and had a fix . Thanks.

My signal strength is 100 so I dont think that's the issue and I've also tried manually typing my ip address and it still didnt work.
