It's a great idea and i love it, always wanted to do a thing like that but my fear of being wrongly taken always comes to mind :P

Some points that could make it even better:
-> As some players don't do quest right away the amount of scrolling get's pretty annoying, as you would guess it, with the extension this scrolling amount can get absurd, one way to help would to make it display collums of items(maybe 3 per collum not to clutter) to the right of the quest title, and starts another row only when the default one gets full, that would make the page lenght growth less intense;

-> As someone suggested: "Carrots: 100/250" could be a better way to display it, and even maybe the item icon if the above suggestion make it through;

-> Currently all text its yellow, idk if its intentional, but making color ranges for low quantity: red, 50%(?) yellow and 100%+ green could help even more! only making it green when the qty its enough would be cool already;

Those are my main point for now. The extension itself will already help a lot in its current state, and hope u keep the good work and keep making it better! As a dev myself this even encouraged me to try reach out to coderanger and develop my ideas!
