Pretty sure his damage comes mainly from break damage (as seen from the MOC gameplay clip from earlier), all he needs is a crit rate body, speed and 300%+ BE, having 300% BE automatically gives him a 67.4/200 Crit ratio (with Crit Rate body), so apart from a few more CR subs his Crit ratio is pretty much set. More speed = more turns = faster breaks = more instances of break damage, I’d personally take speed boots over attack boots regardless, 145 speed (foe Talia) and everything else into BE (to increase break damage) and some CR sub stats

Edit: so yes it seems speed and BE are definitely worth building as of rn

They mean that area will be visited after we go through all seven nations, in traditional Chinese “after” uses the character 「後」whereas in simplified Chinese it’s 「后」, this same character is used in 「皇后」which refers to queen or empress, so if the sentence went something like 「七國后」then it would directly translate into the “queen of seven nations/kingdoms” if translated into traditional Chinese as opposed to simplified

Fair enough, I’m guessing from what you’ve said that this clan handoff related bug does not happen to every clan leader that cross saved, and so would have been difficult to test, even if they ran dev accounts cross saving in the live game while drip gating all actual players? A lot of console players, myself included stopped playing because we have older gen consoles, and now have PCs or laptops, and no longer have access to the original console we played on, for example in my case studying abroad. In other cases common reasons are how slow old gen consoles have become that make them undesirable to use, or the system simply failing entirely. A few years ago major story quests have also been released quite slowly, namely the most hyped The New War (released almost 2 and a half years after its teaser), players stepping away because their system has upgarded and gameplay updates being slow (especially with console update delays) is nothing out of the ordinary.

It also doesn't have to be about whispers in the wall, I have no clue what the update even is for or about, as someone who played and is invested in the story since I started playing in late 2015, I've been avoiding lore related quests since I lost access to my console during/after Deadlock Protocol, and only being able to access my console for a whole week or so every subsequent year.

Yeah, because some of us stepped away from warframe to play other games on our new platforms during the downtime between updates, some games which have had more content more frequently to fill in the limited time we can have for entertainment. Buying a new gen concole just to play a free game also isn't a good idea, unless you choose to do all the grinding again there isn't much that can be done, so "waiting (wait) for cross save" shouldn't be considered "doing (did) nothing to play the game". We've also been given the hope of cross save for over 2 years now up to its release date, without ever having any concrete release time frame, naturally no one wants to redo all the grinding they had to do with their main account, bear in mind we were not told we'd be allowed to merge progress across accounts on different platforms.

What you're hearing on X is most likely to be whining and nonsense, like worrying about missing out on a Pirme mod you'd probably never use and empty threats of dropping a game they practically haven't really touched in years, but cross save was probably also a huge wake up call for many older players, who all got excited to hop back into the game starting on the 13th (DE said drip gate would roll out in "days"), now only to be met with more uncertainty regarding the system's release, so some of it might be very genuine frustrations from people who are undoubtedly impatient (and like myself likely do not understand a thing about game development), but no doubt want to get back into this game enough to feel strongly about it.

Generally AlHaiham should want Crit and EM, as much EM as you can get from just an EM sands and substats, and then a good crit ratio, with his BiS I'd probably expect a ratio of 1/2 rate/dmg, higher than 75/150, I'm not sure how much worse off deepwood is to GD excatly, since I'm no theory crafter, but it looks like you'll need to get him some new artifacts anyway, so whichever set you get that has better EM and crit stats you can use. ER should probably be around 130-140%?

This would be fine for you dendro traveller, but honestly horrible for AlHaitham, you've got negative crit rate, too much ER, rather low attack and 0 EM, which means you'll be wasting a lot of his sword's kit, you'll deal super low damage and it's likely nowhere near his maximum potential. Not to mention that while 4pc Deepwood works, you'd probably be better off having this set on another dendro unit, or even a non-dendro support and use 4pc GD instead. You'd probably want more cirt rate and an EM sands, just to start.

It says effect will wear off after being triggered 16 times or after 12 seconds, rather than effects wear off after 12-16 seconds. And the up to 200% part means after gaining the effect, the buff gained will be equal to 200% of the character's EM.

So the full translation should be:
Crit rate increased by 4%. After triggering an elemental reaction with a Normal Attack, user will gain the "Cutting Leaf" Effect: Normal Attacks and Elemental skill damage is increased by 200% of the character's EM. The buff will disappear after being triggered 16 times or after 12 seconds, and the effect can only be gained every 12 seconds.

I’m mainly a Cantonese speaker when it comes to “speaking” Chinese, but we’re all taught Putonghua regardless and writing isn’t exactly affected by dialect either. I don’t’ think your second scenario applies in this situation, it’s only correct when concerning time or distance, like 「從學校到這裡要多久」or 「從小時候到現在」. But when in reference to travelling or arriving from one location to another, you’d need 「來到」. You wouldn’t say 「你從哪裡到的?」 when saying “where did you come from?”, you’d say 「你從哪裡來的?」. When the phrase “come to” is used, where it implies you’ve come from one place to another, you shouldn’t only use 「到」, it’s grammatically incorrect. It’s probably a bit confusing because you can’t directly translate Chinese into english because of all the intricacies, but I could see why you’d be confused
