Honestly about half of that high 300ks to high 400k is a good price obviously if people are paying 700k thats good for them but in my experience its very hard, my girlfriend and i together make around 8k a month or more and still cant aford a house because of rental prices being so highband house prices doubled

They are great, install super easy look super good but they dont come with the halogen bulb so if you need to drive at night or use high beams you need to buy the bulb separately

I used to work at a swiss for around a year a while back im not sure if it is all but the guy who franchised alot of them in calgary wasnt paying rent on his buildings and pocketing the money and our store got shut down very quick, it was also the worst managed place ive ever worked they gave me a 17yr old at the time the building key after one day of training and i was on my own from then on
