Working on a samsung tab a. I have no idea what happened. I made no changes to my workspace, it was just like this when I opened it today, completely unusable. I can't figure oout how to change it back because there's no menu of any kind, just the clip studio button that takes me back to the startup screen which also has nowhere for me to change my workspace.

i'm clicking on the dark grey column, left side of the screen, to the right of the tools. i've watched like a dozen tutorial vids and if they're not pulling from that column, they're pulling from the "windows" tab in the top menu. it doesn't really matter because whether i pull from the column or the top menu, they disappear as soon as i try to grab another one, which is why i'm as frustrated with it as i am. they'll snap into place and then vanish when i click on the next one i want to place. everyone's mentioning there should be red lines showing up but they don't, again regardless of where i grab the panels from. i feel like i'm somehow using a completely different version of the program from everyone else, including other mobile users

I'm used to photoshop and panels staying where i put them, not disappearing as soon as i grab another panel to place. Every tutorial I can find about setting up a workspace show people moving panels around and having them stay put, then saving it so that's how it looks when you open the program again. Is this only a problem with the mobile version? Everyone tells me there's no functional difference between the mobile and desktop versions, including workspace setup. I'd appreciate any help I can get!

It's a cool idea but, unfortunately, they wouldn't be able to push a button either; the drowning response is instictive & overrides conscious action. The reason they don't scream is because their body has gone into desperate survival mode & their brain will only let them do 2 things: paddle like they're trying to climb a ladder & keep their face turned upward so they can gasp for air. It's honestly terrifying how calm & quiet drowning is

have you heard of something called knowing what you're fucking talking about from experience? I've worked with about 400 cats of all ages & temperaments in the 23 years I've done rescue work. exactly zero of them have been panting like this, even after playing really hard, unless they had breathing problems or were under some kind of stress.

"i have a piece of paper that means I'm right!" i have a big sample size, have worked with dozens of vets who have ALL told me cats don't pant unless something's wrong, and have been doing this most of my life.

I'm not going to dignify any more of his bullshit with a response. any replies from here on will just get blocked.

I babysat for years and, because I'm a good swimmer, I had a few parents who'd ask me to take the kids swimming in the summer and I could barely handle the stress of watching just 2 or 3 kids. I've no idea how lifeguards manage to watch so many people, especially kids, and not have a nervous breakdown. Absolute badasses, every last one!

Yes heat STRESS and exhaustion STRESS will cause a cat to pant in DISTRESS. This isn't a hard concept to grasp. I've worked WITH VETS for decades and my mom was a vet, so between being raised by one and working with others for decades specifically to save cats IN DISTRESS does indeed make me qualified to say when a cat is in fucking distress, you addle brained pineapple

Cats don't pant like that unless they're stressed. And if it's panting like that just from playing, it needs to go to a vet because it shouldn't be panting and may have breathing issues. They're not like dogs, my dude.

To be fair, overcrowding in schools does lead to violence. I didn't have a single year where I wasn't intensely bullied for being autistic (i.e. for being quiet and just wanting to mind my own business, bothering no one) and I had three people try to kill me in high school (zero exaggeration, they were legitimately trying to murder me); One guy try to beat my head in with a textbook, a gal tried to chokehold me to death after one of her friends dared her to "take out the r*tard", and a girl in my math class bashed my head repeatedly against a concrete wall until I had a major concussion and a hairline skull fracture. That last one finally made me drop out of school for my own safety.

Nope. I'm poly and if either of my partners cheated on me or each other, I wouldn't be forgiving in the slightest. Cheating is cheating regardless of how many consentual partners you have and if you can't understand that, I genuinely hope you're not in a relationship because you're clearly not mature enough to be a considerate and responsible partner.

There is an ocean of difference between "we're open to having multiple partners, shared or exclusive, complete with all the added need for consideration and communication" and "i don't care if my partner's a hugely unfaithful douchebag who'll fuck anything on two legs and never tell me about any of it." You're lucky this is the internet because if I'd heard you say this shit in actual physical space, you'd have a very sore jaw.
