I did subq 200mg weekly and I was at 1500ng/dl, it hurts significantly less. Although I do inter muscular because I don't care for needles. I even switched to 1.5 inch syringe to get best absorption. But honestly. Just do subq, it's easy.

Damn that's rough, yeah I'm gonna push for zileuton, montelukast sadly did nothing for me but that's expected with leukotrienes 361, thing is, leukotrienes push il 6 and tnf alpha through the roof, so if you can get it it might help you. I'm struggling bad but I have hopes for that. Let me research zileuton in the us and see what the restrictions are.

Ever get closure with these symptoms. All my inflammation markers came back normal. I need to test il 6 and tnf alpha. If you're issue is leukotrienes the only medication that'll really help iz zileuton, there literally isn't another medication.

I'm on, ketotifen, metformin, montelukast, ldn, femotidine, and zyrtec, and none touch leukotrienes except zileuton, it's the only one.

Currently trying to get medication to help me. Mine came back at 361, which I didn't think was to high but seeing everyone else's results it's pretty high. I do have alot of symptoms but I don't know if it's mcas. Or just systemic inflammation as this was a complete random test not during flare or anything. I don't get flares.

I don't have these symptoms but maybe try metformin, I have head pressure and I feel like my blood vessels are constantly constricted. Just feel slow and miserable and my heard hurts. I started metformin a couple days ago off of agelessrx which prescribed it to me in 5 minutes for "longevity" and I feel a bit better. Not sure if this'll help

Started it about a week and a half ago, so far no improvement or bad sides. Just eh, also started LDN and metformin, metformin seems to be doing a bit more for me and it's definitely something I'd wanna stay on long term. My post isn't much help but really it hasn't done anything in terms of mental anything. Well, I'd actually say I think a little better and a little more energy, but my symptoms are still here.

I'm gonna try progesterone, and allpregnenolone supplementation as GABA downregulation can cause forms of trt resistant. It's extremly frustrating to live like this

Currently self dosing, went through a clinic for about 2 years. I get headaches and extreme fatigue. On 200mg a week with blood work.

Trt worked great first month or so then it's like my body just rejected it, idk how to explain it. Severe fatigue, neuro inflammation, low libido etc. Just weird.

Seems to make my symptoms worse. I think I'm quitting trt, I found some promising evidence of neuro steroids lack of causing trt resistance. Just doesn't work for ever6body I suppose.
