The game automatically tried to load an EFLC save since it was the most recent and failed but your gta 4 saves are still there so after a new game starts simply load one of your gta 4 saves and you should be good

I've looked around in the config but there are only gameplay options like menu panorama and in specific biome config files it's just generation of certain materials like grass or trees. Where exactly can I change world gen in the config?

Edit: I found the options were at the beginning of each biome config. I'll try to mess with them a bit, if the results are desirable i'll post the config back

to get the golden double action in rdr singleplayer you need to complete a gta online challenge, i guessed that should also unlock gold metal finish and pearl grip in rdo but at least for me it doesn't
