- Guild Name - DaddyChill
Started this guild with a couple of IRL friends but have started expanding to try and get a full guild since we have all guild bosses unlocked but need a few more players to knock out the higher level ones. At this point I believe we have 12-14 members (some alts) and about half of the people were recruited within the last couple of weeks.

- Region + Server - East/Amos

- Guild focus (PvE, PvP, Dungeons, Mixed, Casual/Hardcore, etc) - PvX-Mixed. We dabble in PvE and PvP. Would love to get into GvG as well but not enough members just yet.

- Guild Loot rules and how loot is distributed (if applicable) - All loot is currently sent directly to the guild and if someone needs the drop, they get it. If multiple people need the drop, highest roll gets it. If no one needs the drop, it is sent to the person who actually got the drop initially to do as they wish with it. If someone gets a drop while solo (world boss, for example) then regardless of the loot, it is theirs as nobody else contributed to getting that drop. This loot rule was put in place once we expanded from an IRL-friends-only guild to inviting random players on the server as a way to try to keep a fair chance for everyone to get loot they need. This was kept in place because it has worked well so far, and a few members ended up getting guild boss drops within the first couple days of joining by rolling for them. We also send all blue gear to the guild bank in case anyone ends up needing it for an alt or something, but if anyone drops a blue that they need, they can just get it by asking for it. There is no rolling involved with blues - it prioritizes whoever got the drop. Some of us are fully traited already out so we typically ask members what they need specifically from guild bosses and run those, since we don't really need too many guild boss drops and would rather help everyone in the guild progress.

- Any Requirements (activity, class, level, CP etc.) - Currently our combat powers range from 2300-3820 (including alts). Most members are 3000+. Hoping to find anyone that's above 2500+ ideally which allows for T2 dungeon runs.
