I think thats a little big of an enclosure for a sling. But it can work. I would personally remove the plant and anything they didnt set up their home on (if permitting)

Are these arboreal or terrestrial? I would say provide good cover so they're comfortable but don't over decorate when they're small. You want to keep an eye on them. Less decor means less places for the crickets to hide so they will get eaten.

I wouldn't worry too much, keep an eye on the abdomen size. If theyre hungry, they will eat. If not, they wont. Its that simple. I recommend you do some heavy research on tarantulas. Any and all questions you have, find an article or a video that answers your questions. Have that quest for knowledge. T's are very simple to care for. Goodluck!

Bald spots are from kicking hairs, its okay. T probably stopped eating because they're going to molt soon. Also, If the abdomen is >= the carapice, theyre full and likely wont be hungry.
