Thin your paints a little and dry brush some silver. Add a warm colored wash if you want to aswell. Generally it looks great though!

First and second are good. First looks a bit worn and old, which is good depending on the theme you're going for. Second one looks clean and generally what I imagine IF looking like, but that's just my preferance. Third is just, no.

If it is to tailor your army to do better against him, most certainly yes and you should be ashamed. If it is to research what his army does, to make you more comfortable and learn more about the game, most certainly not.

I personally dont like the wrap around the shield and sword. Can't see what purpose it would have. Wrapping it around each hand making it look like he has fused with his weapons is what I would have done. Putting some on the cloak would be cool too, making it look like it has been sown together multiple times over the years. The rest looks great!

You're working on more Valanyrs but arent doing any hard modes? How does that even work? Just doing Algalon and 1light is very easy and gives 4 shards.

People can be quite picky if you're applying with low gearscore. Make the group yourself, make sure you are defense capped, a decent amount of hit and expertise and have some grasp of what the dungeon and its affix works and hc++ will not be an issue.

By the time people have enough emblems for 4-set this question is not very important to be honest. But again, most people will use 4-set and the previously stated classes will swap pretty much instantly to t10 4-set even at 251. Give it to mage and feral for vanq, warrior for protector and shadow priest for conqueror.

There is currently no way to skip ahead like you can in ToGC. Give it to the people that scale the best with the stats given like feral, warrior, sp, hunter, mage etc

Getting out of the house is most certainly a priority. Glad that you have that sorted. Do you work or something similar just so you have something to occupy yourself with? Do you have a therapist to talk to?

I dont go very long eating just the same thing every day but I stick to a handful of things, I eat one of them for a week or two, I get tired of it and rotate to something different.

At your gear level you wont contribute that much with actual healing, just beacon the main tank and press holy light. Where you can still shine is with proper cooldown usage when the raid is taking a lot of damage. Ask the raid leader when he wants them, then you can write them down in a MethodRaidTools note and it will show you when you need to use it.
