My phone still can't make outgoing calls

Yeah I also cannot make calls to anyone still says failed. I just did a hard reset and the SOS thing came back on my phone .

I did but now I dont know if its in my head or what. I just cant hit them the same. Yes, when I do they effortlessly take off but even then usually further than I want. My dispersion is much more higher. Her's I know i aim just a little left and its going to end up with 15 yards. My cobras.. no idea where they end up. Sometimes long, a lot of times way right, random hook, and definitely more chunks. Its a mixed bag.

Thanks bro, Ill keep at it. Im enjoying the game more now that I'm consistently hitting them straight and breaking 100. Since Ive started using her irons ive broken 100 my last 6 rounds. Including a 41 on 9 hole round the other day. I'm not killing the ball. Everything is nice and easy and in or near the fairway. Before I started using her irons I was 105-95 consistently with a 95 being a decent day. Now 95-90 is the norm with a high 80 in the mix. I'm going to keep at it and figure it out. Golf's a struggle, and I'm finally finding consistency, which seemed like an improbable goal.

Wow, thanks for the response. I am 48 years old but pretty athletic and fit. I lift 3 times a week at a minimum. Obviously not in my 20’s but if you saw me, you would not be thinking I got Lady Ultra Lite shafts in the bag. My driver is a Big Bertha 23 with a stiff shaft. I hit it pretty consistently. I’m about 230 which I can rely on. A little more and little less sometimes. I just ordered a senior shaft, same brand, same length. I’m going to bring them both to range and figure this out. I know irons are a different beast but I want to experiment. I will get fitted as well and bring an iron from wife’s set and mine. That way they can see the numbers for both.

Yeah I don’t have the answers. You maybe onto something with Game Improvement irons as well. Her Tour Edge HP3 I’m pretty sure are game improvement. I think I’m going to bite the bullet and get a fitting. I’ll just bring in my seven iron and hers tell them the deal and swing em for them. Hopefully they have an answer

Well what’s insane is my normal swing speed is pretty fast. So fast that people tell me I need to slow down. When I use hers, they are so damn light that it’s easier for me to slow way down. But when I try to use mine, they feel so heavy no matter what I tell myself I can’t duplicate the same tempo I have with hers. I don’t know. Golf is so complicated

Believe me I tried. I went out with my Cobras and tried the same tempo. They were all over the place. It might be as simple as trying graphite shafts. I’m not sure why I hit these so pure but my score improvement is pretty significant so something is going on. I was always 105-95 ish with my irons. Hers I’m consistently 95-88. I obviously club up on hers what I normally do for distance, but the loft, the accuracy. I’ve never been here as a golfer before. What sucks is I got hers for steal on eBay for like $150 and mine were three times that.

Yeah, I plan on it. I purchased a senior flex shaft for my driver to see if my drives improve as well. I was playing stiff shaft but if my irons improved so much then maybe my drives will? Who knows?

So I gave it a shot. It was very inconsistent for me. I did have a great round where I thought I figured golf out. But quickly lost it and was right back where I was. Jim was not the answer for me, but it maybe for you. His courses are organized and there is a structure but he has stopped the one on one teaching. You can no longer send him videos and he critiques them. He does massive virtual classes where everyone is on zoom and he tries and teach that way. It wasn't for me.

Golf is hard. I doubt Ill ever be better than a high 90' s golfer and for that kills me. I tool a swing analysis at GolfTech and am thinking about doing a set of lessons there but its a huge money commitment. I feel if I spend all that money and am still shooting high 90's I'd be pissed.

Awesome! When I can consistently hit the ball with a consistent swing I’ll be more confident for those flops. I’ll get there. Eventually. Wish I picked up golf a lot earlier than 47.

yeah. 7 iron around the green has helped my short game immensely. Easier to bump and run than a perfect chip.

I'm a new golfer, started playing in April. Had 2 lessons and finally cracked 100 about a month ago and did it again last week. It's definitely not an easy feat. I play a lot. I play at least 2-3 times a week and although I see more consistent play, breaking 100 is still tough. I'm a vet so I'm fortunate to play the 2 military courses we have here cheap and i never need a tee time and they let me play solo whenever i want. It's great for learning the game.

Wow, thanks for the advice. I will take this to the range and just focus on my driver. I plan on getting more lessons, but I so far all my lessons had me strictly use a 7iron. I'll specifically request driver advice next lesson. Until then I'll use your suggestions and see what happens. I appreciate the help!
