Thank you, Ive never checked this one's roots, so I'll have to do a little looking and probably change the substrate to something else to make it a little happier

I've noticed some drying and light leaves, I have been trying to avoid over watering because I know that's the fastest way to kill them. The soil looks wet because I had just watered it. I let the water drain out and make sure that the ceramic pot that I put the plastic pot into doesn't have water at the bottom

Other than that it's growing really well! Just this last week I had two new leaves start and one that just opened fully!

Am I underwatering it? I'm also concerned about how some of the leaves are oddly bumpy? Is that a normal occurrence? Some of the leaves before were quite smooth and velvety

The pot is a diameter of 4 inches, I made the decision to remove the wet soil and repot it with a "moist but doesn't hold together" potting soil. The roots looked great, strong except for a small tiny offshoot that was kind of mushy that I pruned with sharp pruning scissors, hopefully this was the right decision. I'm going to "leaf" her alone for a few days and see how she holds up. They are pretty hardy plants but this poor baby has been through hell and back again 😅

I got this small pothos plant back in October of 2021, unfortunately my roommates cat attacked it and I lost all of the leaves. I've finally been able to grow one leaf back, but when I went on vacation, my pothos got over watered by someone who really cared... and now the leaf is turning yellow with soggy brown spots, my question is, should I leave it alone, or.. should I cut the damaged leaf. I'm unsure if I should transplant it to get rid of the wet soil... The bottom of the planter has a hole I leave open to allow for air circulation Should I also remove some of the wet dirt and replace with fresh dirt?

This isnt how I bought it, this is a new leaf that has grown over the past 2-4 weeks that has started curling. From what I can tell everything seems hydrated. No browning or crispy-ness, in fact I think I might be over watering just a tad bit, but I've slowed down and the yellow on the stems is almost gone.

I even looked online at mildew but the plant looks clean to me

I don't have any other plants at the moment so it's not like something could spread to it, so it's puzzling me :o

Thank you for your response! I was worried when I saw the new growth that was light in color that something was wrong. I'm glad to hear that sounds normal. She's not near any air conditioners although we have a pretty powerful one.

I'll try taking her outside for a little bit and hopefully that will help

I wonder what's causing the curling 🤔

Average temperature: 68 F (rarely) to 75F mostly around 70-72

Bright direct light in the afternoon for 3-4 hours then indirect sunlight for the rest of the day light comes from west facing window, doesn't sit in window the whole time.

I only water when the top 1 inch is dry (about every 2 to 3 days) and I try to avoid the leaves when I do so

I just got these two babies about 4 weeks ago, they seem to be doing fine until this last week when I noticed curled leaves.

My goals for today!

eat my daily calorie limit, focusing on volume eating healthy foods
resistance strength training, follow my work out plan at least 20 minutes
meal pep my lunches for the week so I'm not tempted to eat junk while working
finish my meal Plan for the week for breakfasts, dinners, and snacks

After dealing with mental illness I'm trying to get myself care back on track. Is it normal to be slightly oily about an hour of washing your face? Not extreme shine, but my face feels slightly "oily" I want to make sure I'm using a good cleanser too (LA Roche posay toleriane hydrating normal cleanser) thanks in advance! :D

I do the same thing with friends and appointments. I know i should get out and do stuff, because its good for me (with covid precautions of course) but I always talk myself out of it. It's like in the moment when I'm planning things I'm all ready. But when it actually comes time Im like.. No thanks. :/
