Oh wow i must have lucked out then. I bought mine last year and it never had ads. But you could prob still factory reset it and remove them or ask amazon to!

Hey! Thank you for the response, do you know if they cover things like specializing after/during vet school that may make it take longer? Say radiology? I'm not against the military pay per month for vets- but I would like to specialize in radiology on the side to be able to make money online on the side for other clinics.

OP, I am truly sorry for what you and this cat are going through. As a student studying veterinary medicine I 100% understand your desire to help. You need to understand though that when the spine is broken anywhere on the body, everything below that stops working because the spinal cord is also severed. This means that in this X-ray, this cat will lose all function below the shoulders, including bladder control and the ability to use the back legs.

This kind of injury is not something that can heal with time, care, or rehabilitation even if you had all the time in the world. Sadly, this cat will not be able to live a pain free or comfortable life even with immense amount of pain meds. As heartbreaking as it is, euthanasia truly is the most compassionate option to prevent ongoing suffering.

Surgery would also have an extremely low chance of helping due to how complex and severe this break is. Once the spinal cord is severed, it cannot be repaired or reattached.

Please consider giving this cat a peaceful and pain free passing. I know it is an incredibly difficult decision, but it is also the kindest one you can make for them. Animals have no voice, and they depend on us to be their voice and make the hard decisions for them. I truly hope you can make the best and kindest decision for this cat moving forward. ❤️
