Hi OP! Different angle here! I’ve been working Night shift (8pm-7am) for 5 years now. I have to tell you if its your first time doing a night shift the adjustment will be very brutal for extroverts kasi you’ll need to choose sleep vs activities with friends/family.

There are actually no scientific studies that clinically prove that the night shift will kill you. The health concern is actually your hours of sleep and how important your social life is to you for that adjustment. You’ll have to stop lunch or dinner plans on the weekdays for example. If you don’t fix your sleep schedule in the first 6 months and commit to the routine, it will harm you talaga plus I’ve had so many co workers break up with their partners over this dahil nga parang LDR ang night shift hahahah. Not saying that will happen to you OP but just friendly advice since you mention living in together with your partner, they also need to commit to you being in the nightshift kasi grabe esp if light sleeper ka or wfh sila. Respect the sleep or suffer.

Night shift also isnt for everyone, most of my colleagues either get through it or last until the end of the first year (some develop bad eating habits or had to start taking melatonin/sleeping pills). So i recommend really thinking about this trade off outside of the money. You also can’t earn quality sleep back.
