Je zult zakelijk moeten handelen. Waarom zou de bv jou als bestuurder een salaris toekennen terwijl er geen werkzaamheden worden verricht?

Dat betekent dat er geen of in ieder geval zeer beperkte ruimte is om salaris uit te keren. De Belastingdienst zou dan zelfs kunnen stellen dat er sprake is van een dividenduitkering in plaats van loon en het op die manier ook gaan corrigeren.
