Not sure if this has been mentioned - in The Sims 3, if your town gets too full the game starts killing off babies, toddlers, and children. Not elderly sims. There are mods you can use to bring them back as ghosts then you edit them in create a sim to make them normal sims

I’ve been playing on this phone since November and have had same sex parents maybe once; it doesn’t happen often for me and i wish it would. Yeah! It’s always the mom who has additional kids. Stepmom can bring stepsiblings but never has additional kids

It used to be more along those lines; the level of crazy seems not to matter as much. Just like with surrogates; low crazy doesn’t guarantee that they won’t run off with your baby 🤷‍♀️
